The staff members were all respectful and thoughtful. the location was unbeatable, within walking distance of SM Megamall. - It was close enough to malls and food establishments like Estancia and Shangri-La Mall.

Spotlessly clean place with very attentive and caring staff and beautiful view on the Rizal skyline. Fantastic and magnificent location in Manila, adjacent to the Rizal skyline, malls and great restaurants and Ortigas from anywhere excruciating. Good food in the outdoor restaurant in the vicinity❤👍

The breakfast was very good and the staff where very good
I felt very harassed to use the hotel taxi the cost they charge is 1500paso when you can get your own for 500 paso to the airport the hotel say they give airport transfers but do not say about the rip off fees

All rooms were beautifully decorated.
The location was nice, you can visit The Podium by walking. I was offered a room with superb views of the hills and mountains that hem in Manila.

The hotel had a magnificent location quite close to Meralco Theatre. It was near to Robinson Galleries and Megamall and so many good shops and new malls and restaurants. Climate control, an individual safe, and flat-screen television were available in our superior king room.

Location wise..this place is right across St. Luke and just a short walk to the front which is a block up the street and its modern decor...Its also situated right next to High Street where you can find many different restaurants and other shopping places.. Checking in at this hotel late at night was the only good service we got as the front desk attendant was professional, patience and had excellent customer service..There was another lady in the receiving area whom I think is Sally....This was the best and most accommodating and friendly staff...She knew where places were around and I was just thinking why didn't they put her in concierge or operator or something because she was good and very trust worthy which is very important...I Tried tipping her one time and she denied it and that would make her the first local to deny tipping....
Oh....My.....Gosh.....I Do not know where to start!!...i have never had so much problems in one place as much as I for this one....I Travel a lot but this was just ridiculous for the price I payed with the problems endured...I Want my money BACK!...ugghh...or something????...I Am so disappointed as I also came to find out that this is the same hotel chain with Avenue Hotel in Makati where I stayed last September and had a major problem with my credit card account. Ok...#1 = transportation: Landing in Philippines at 10:25p.M. for medical purposes and no one to greet us started the one of many problems we had with this hotel...we walked up and down twice and asked around and called until 40 min. Later..a security guard went across the street to help us find the driver....Later on, the hotel was charging us about 75 U.S. dollars for the trip which I was told it costed $37. After going through some complaints and other issues...Mgr. Decided to only charge $37. #2.) The bathroom drain stunk so bad we couldn't sleep in the room even with the door closed. We complained everyday. The Mgr. Came and spoke with my husband and apologized and sent in engineer...who only sprayed with oil freshener..every time we complain, they sent engineer in, after 5 days in a row...we got tired..nothing was done for the next 4 days as we stayed there 9 days!!!! We bought clorox and lysol and used on that bathroom...it rid the smell but then we had to live with the smell of clorox....The water temperature is so hard to control..it goes from hot hot to cold cold...and after couple of days, we found it to be easier to work on the temperature first [15 min] before taking our clothes off to shower rather than sitting there with soap on our heads while enduring some odd temperatures...#3.) interior modern decor was nice but non functional. I took a pix of this bcs. It was the dumbest thing I've ever seen...

The location was great, as it was conveniently situated near the heart of Pasig City, a mall, and various attractions. I enjoyed a two-night stay and had meals at both the outdoor and indoor restaurants.

There was a problem on arrival - the price quoted on my reservation made with Booked.net said "Total price of this room is ...." but the rate I was quoted on arrival was quite different. When I questioned this, they told me this was Booked.net's fault because the fine print of tax and vat was not included in the total price and that it should not say total price when it in fact was more than 20% dearer when vat and tax was added. Since it was late at night and we were being picked up early the enxt morning I felt that there wasn't much choice but to pay the extra and stay there but it certainly made us feel annoyed. If it is true that Booked.net says 'totla price...' and then doens't clearly point out the VAT and tax charge I hope this can be amended in the future. I don't recall having this issue elsewhere.

I loved the location. So many malls, restaurants, markets are around the area! The Room was not bad.
I thought it was a 5 star hotel because Booked.net said so but it appeared to be just a 4 star hotel. The hotel is just so ordinary.

- I really liked the location of the hotel as it is the first hotel in the Fort, which is an area I like in Manila. - The rooms are big and design is really nice. - Nice choice for breakfast
- When we checked out, I realised they had charged us some extra things like coffee, when we never drink coffee. We asked to see the receipts and they had no signature, so they accepted to refund us but it was a hustle. Someone had also added a tip in the bill. - The check-out took 45minutes because of the bill issues and then we asked them to put something in the safe for us for the afternoon, as we didnt want to walk around Manila with certain valuables but the staff refused and didnt want to make that extra effort for us. - The staff is nice but not very reactive. In conclusion: Nice hotel BUT check your bill and they are not willing to go the extra mile for you.

1. The ambience, decor and lighting of the room. 2. The options provided for buffet breakfast 3. Courtesy of hotel staff
1. There is a deposit charge of 3000 Peso to be paid while check-in is too high and not known upfront 2. The taxi charges for airport drop 1240 - 3000 pesos is a rip off when the meter taxi charges 170-210 peso 3. The elevators which take a lot of time sometime. Why do some elevators not stop on certain floor.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
